Where can I use the Tidal Joy? 

The Tidal Joy is suitable for lakes, bays, flat water and pools. 

What areas should I avoid using Tidal Joy in? 
  • Surf zones, rivers, strong currents, or offshore winds.
  • Storms, lightning, or high-wind conditions. 
  • Areas with heavy boat traffic.
What is the weight limit? 
  • Rectangle Dock 480KG or 1,058 lbs 
  • Square Dock 320KG or 705 lbs.
Can I tow the Tidal Joy behind my boat? 

No, this is not intended to be towed behind any motorized watercrafts.

How should I clean my Tidal Joy? 
  • Rinse with fresh water after use and remove dirt or sand before stowing. 
  • Clean with mild soap only. 
  • Do not use harsh chemicals. 
  • Allow to dry fully before storage.

How should I store my Tidal Joy? 

  • Use pump to remove all air and replace inflation port cap. 
  • Roll tightly and fold to fit back in carry bag. 
  • Store clean and completely dry in the carry bag.
I think there may be a leak in Tidal Joy--what do I do? 
* PVC adhesive required for repairs is not included and must be purchased separately.Find the leak using soapy water or by listening for escaping air. 
  •  Fully deflate the board and clean/dry the area around the hole. 
  •  Cut a patch slightly larger than the puncture.  
  • Apply PVC adhesive to both the patch and the board; let it get tacky (1–2 min). 
  • Press patch firmly over the hole, removing any air bubbles. 
  • Weight it down and let cure for 12–24 hours. 
  • Reinflate and test to confirm the seal holds.
