Big Joe Lux Collection Sunbrella® Fabric Warranty

Overview

Select products in the Big Joe Lux Collection feature premium Sunbrella® fabric covers designed for enhanced durability, comfort, and outdoor performance. Products equipped with Sunbrella® fabric include a special 5-Year Limited Warranty covering the fabric cover only.

This warranty applies exclusively to the Sunbrella® fabric used on eligible Lux Collection products and does not extend to the inflatable float or internal components.

Eligible Products

The 5-Year Limited Warranty applies to Sunbrella® fabric covers used on the following Big Joe Lux Collection products:

  • Sealander
  • Luft Chair
  • Lux Inflatable Chaise
  • Lux Bali Sling
  • Lux Lagoon Lounger

What the 5-Year Limited Warranty Covers

The Sunbrella® fabric warranty covers the removable fabric cover against the following conditions for five (5) years from the original date of purchase:

  • Loss of color
  • Loss of fabric strength
  • Abrasion
  • Pilling

If the Sunbrella® fabric experiences any of the covered issues under normal use and care during the warranty period, Big Joe may repair or replace the fabric cover at its discretion.

Important Coverage Limitations

Please note the following important warranty details:

  • The 5-Year Limited Warranty applies only to the Sunbrella® fabric/removable cover.
  • The inflatable float itself remains covered under Big Joe’s standard One-Year Limited Warranty unless an extended warranty was purchased separately.
  • Products purchased with standard fabric options that are not Sunbrella® fabric are not eligible for the 5-Year Limited Warranty.
  • Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.

Standard Float Warranty

All Lux Collection floats are covered by Big Joe’s standard One-Year Limited Warranty for manufacturing defects affecting the float itself. Extended warranty coverage may apply if purchased at the time of sale.
