Let’s Get Started! Follow These Steps to Assemble and Enjoy Your Sealander Lux Lounger.
Assemble the Chaise
- Unfold the Lounger insert so the backrest is upright.
- Find the handles on the fabric cover's back and drape it over the lounger’s back.
- Pull the cover down around the insert, aligning the seams as you go.
- Flip the lounger upside down and find the bottom zippers.
- Starting at the back, connect and zip the cover’s zippers clockwise around the lounger.
Assemble the Ottoman
- Place the ottoman insert with the zipper facing you. Align the fabric cover so the back loop matches. Pull the cover over the insert, matching the seams.
- Flip the ottoman over. Align and connect the cover’s zipper with the ottoman’s bottom zipper, then zip clockwise.
Flip it back and enjoy! To float, attach the lounger to the ottoman using the carabiner and fabric loop.

Where does it start?
The zipper box is on the back of the chaise. On the ottoman, look for the side on which you could add more bean filler. You will get the cover zipper started there.
How do I get it going?
Pinch: Because of the snug fit, it can be a little tricky to get started. Pinch the zipper teeth together before pulling on the zipper handle and it should zip right up. You may need to do this around the corners as well.
Fold: Sometimes folding down the back side of the zipper, as shown in the image below, can help clear the way to get it started as well.
