While our beans have been tested to retain their shape longer than our competitors, it's an unfortunate fact that over time beans compress and need a little pick-me-up every once in a while. This is totally normal and happens to all well-loved bean bags. Don't worry, you can return your bean bag to its cushiony self with our refill beans. We pride ourselves in high quality products and strive to make our products as durable and as long-lasting as possible, but if you believe your bag has become flat unreasonably early, please contact us.
- Open your bean bag.
Your bean bag features two zippers. The outer zipper has a safety-locking zipper head to prevent access by young children. Use a paperclip or safety pin to open zipper as shown in the illustration below. - Cut along the dotted line of your bean bag refill.
- Carefully fill the beanbag.
Pro Tips:
- Fold a piece of paper into a funnel to make filling easier.
- Do not fully unzip your bean bag, instead only open as far as needed.
- Have a friend hold the bean bag while you fill it. Shake the bean bag to fully distribute the beans as you fill.
- Static can be a common issue caused by dryness. For a smoother process customers have reported successfully reducing the dryness in their space by going into their bathroom and turning on their shower to create steam.
