Big Joe Support receives a high volume of donation and sponsorship requests from nonprofit organizations and community events. We appreciate every request and the important work behind them. This article explains how we review requests and what to expect after you submit one.
How requests are reviewed
Each request is reviewed individually by our team. We consider factors such as item availability and seasonal demand when determining whether we can help. Because of the number of requests we receive, we are not always able to fulfill every request.
What to expect after submitting a request
If there is an opportunity to support your event, a member of the Big Joe Support team will reach out. If you do not hear from us, it means we were unable to accommodate the request at that time.

- Type of donation or sponsorship requested
- How the donation or sponsorship will be used
- Best contact name, email, and phone number
