Why hasn't my order arrived?

Tracking Your Big Joe Order

If you think your order may be delayed, here’s what to keep in mind:

  • Check your order status: use the tracking link sent in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Multiple shipments: Orders with multiple items may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate boxes on different dates. Each box will have its own tracking number.

  • Delivery expectations: Refer to our chart for estimated delivery times by product type here.

  • Missed delivery? If the delivery date has passed, contact our Customer Care team here for assistance.

Shipping & Package Responsibility

Comfort Research, a Big Joe brand, is not responsible for stolen, lost, or misdelivered packages. Once a package leaves our warehouse and is in the care of the carrier, it is the customer’s responsibility to track and receive the shipment.
