All bean bags and pool floats are filled to order in-house and ship via FedEx Ground Monday through Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays typically ship within the following 1-2 business days (excluding Patio). Once your Big Joe ships, you’ll receive an email with your confirmation and tracking number.
Potential Delivery Delay Factors
Multiple items may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate boxes on different days. Each box will have its own tracking number.
All orders are subject to verification before shipping. Providing incomplete or inaccurate information may delay processing and shipment.
If an item in your order is out of stock, this could also cause a delay. We will contact you by email or phone to notify you of any changes to your order.
Our supply chain and shipping partners are working hard, but occasional delays beyond their control may happen. While we can guarantee how absurdly awesome every Big Joe product is, we can’t control what happens to your package once it leaves our facility and can’t be held responsible for unexpected shipping delays.
We know the incredible folks delivering your package are doing their best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Rest assured, we work closely with our partners daily to keep things moving and get your awesome Big Joe to you as soon as we can!

My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my package.
Big Joe, a Comfort Research brand, is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages shipped to an incorrect address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these situations.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for filing all claims directly with the shipping carrier. Once a package leaves our warehouse and is in the hands of the carrier, it is no longer under our control.
