US Holiday Shipping Cut Off Dates
Order by 11:59pm ET on December 15th, 2024 to get your gifts by 12/24.
It's that time of year! And for most that means anxiously waiting at the mailbox for the presents you've ordered to arrive. As you can imagine, this time of year is extremely busy for us and our shipping partners. To ensure your gifts arrive in time, we recommended placing your order at least 24 hours before the cut-off time listed above.
All bean bags and pool floats are filled to order in-house and ship FedEx ground M-F unless otherwise specified. Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays are typically shipped within the following 1-2 business days. Once your Big Joe ships, a confirmation and tracking number is emailed to you. Orders with multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in different boxes on different dates. Each box will have a separate tracking number. To track your order visit:

Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. If inaccurate or incomplete information was provided, this may cause a delay in processing and shipping your order.
If an item(s) is out of stock, this may cause a delay in processing and shipping your order. Rest assured that you will be notified via email or phone about any changes associated to your order.

Please know our supply chain and shipping partners are working hard but continue to occasionally experience delays beyond their control that may result in delayed shipping. While we can control how absurdly awesome every Big Joe is, we can’t control what happens to your package once it leaves our facility, meaning we can’t be held liable for unexpected delays. We know the incredibly awesome folks who deliver packages are doing their very best to get you your order ASAP. We can assure you we are working with our partners daily to get your awesome Big Joe order to you as soon as possible.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my package?
Big Joe, a Comfort Research brand, is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in any of these cases. In the event that a package is lost or damaged during shipment, the customer is responsible for filing ALL claims with the mail carrier service. Comfort Research is NOT responsible for any package(s) once it has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the mail carrier.
