What warranty comes with my Luft purchase?
Your Luft chair includes a 2-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty at no additional cost.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, such as issues with:
- Seams and stitching
- Zippers
- Foam integrity
- Other material or construction defects
Does the warranty cover sun fading or outdoor use?
Since this product is fade-resistant and UV-treated, the warranty includes limited coverage for excessive sun fading during the 2-year period.
However, normal wear from outdoor exposure (like gradual fading or weathering) is not covered.
What is NOT covered under the manufacturer’s warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage from everyday accidents or environmental factors, including:
- Stains, spills, cuts, or punctures
- Pet damage or burns
- Misuse or improper care/storage
- Mold, mildew, or moisture damage
- Commercial use
- Normal wear and weathering
- EPS Bean compression; filling may settle over time. Additional fill can be purchased to customize the seating experience.
What is the Mulberry Protection Plan?
The Mulberry Protection Plan is an optional add-on at checkout that provides coverage beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.
It’s designed to protect against accidental damage from day one, with no deductible on approved claims.
What’s the difference between the warranty and the protection plan?
- Manufacturer’s Warranty (included): Covers defects in materials and workmanship
- Mulberry Protection Plan (optional): Covers accidental damage and may extend protection beyond the warranty period

What types of damage does Mulberry cover?

Mulberry does not cover:
- Pre-existing damage
- Theft or loss
- Damage during delivery

- Natural disasters
- Normal wear, fading, or environmental deterioration
Do I need the protection plan if I already have a warranty?
It depends on how you plan to use your product.

How do I file a warranty claim?
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect:
