What if my order is missing a component?

Replacement Process for Missing Components

If something is missing from your order, please reach out to our support team so we can help. Chat is the fastest option and is available from 9AM–5PM EST. You can also submit a support ticket at any time. Be sure to include your order number and clearly note which item is missing so we can process your request as quickly as possible.

Once your replacement part has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its delivery progress.
