How to Add, Remove, or Update Shipping Addresses
You can manage your saved shipping addresses directly from your BuyBigJoe.com account. If this is for a recently placed order, please submit a ticket including your new address in the details, to our support team right away so they can ensure this is updated across all systems. Our team can also help via chat M-F between 9-5 EST.
1. Log In
Go to the account login page and sign in with your credentials. You can also reach this page anytime by clicking the account icon in the top-right corner of our site.
2. Access Your Addresses
In your account settings, under Account Details, select View Addresses. You’ll see a list of all your saved addresses.
3. Edit or Add an Address

To update an existing address, click Edit next to the one you’d like to change.

To add a new address, click Add Address.
4. Enter Address Details
Fill in the required fields, including:

Full name
-
Street address
-
City
-
State/Province
-
Postal code
-
Country
5. Set as Default (Optional)
If you’d like this to be your primary shipping or billing address, select the option to Set as Default.
6. Save Changes
Click Update Address to save.
7. Confirm
Look for a success message. We recommend reviewing your address list to ensure everything looks correct.
8. Log Out (Optional)
When you’re done, you can log out for added security.
