Assembling Your Imperial Fufton
When your new Big Joe Imperial Fufton arrives at your doorstep, you’ll receive both a foam-filled chair insert and its fabric cover. This chair is shipped with the cover removed. You may find your cover folded at the bottom of the box.
For best results, we recommend putting the cover on your chair insert immediately after opening, before the insert begins to expand.
Helpful Tips
Grab a friend: Assembly is much easier with two people.
Check orientation: Ensure the insert and cover are positioned correctly before sliding it in.
Align seams: Match the seams of the insert with the seams of the fabric cover for a smooth fit.
Shake & adjust: Lightly shake and reposition the insert as you go to fill in any empty spaces.
Let it expand: Allow 3–7 days for the foam to fully expand once assembled.
