Unpacking Your Fuf
When your new Big Joe Fuf (pronounced “fooo-f”) arrives, you’ll receive two parts: the foam-filled chair insert and the fabric cover. Big Joe Fuf chairs ship with the cover removed, which you may find at the bottom of the box, beneath the liner.
Note: Your foam-filled chair insert may arrive in a plastic bag, zipped inside a duffle bag for compression. Be sure to unzip and remove the insert from both the duffle and plastic before assembling.
For easiest assembly, we recommend putting the cover on your chair insert immediately after opening, before the foam fully expands.
Assembly Instructions:
- Lay the fabric cover on the floor with the zipper side up.
- Roll the chair insert over the cover, aligning the handle sides of the cover with the round ends of the insert.
- Gently pull the zipper edges of the cover around the chair insert.
- Connect any cover edges and zip the cover fully closed.
Refreshing Your Fuf
Because your Fuf arrives compressed, it may take up to 48 hours to expand to its full shape.
Whenever your Fuf looks a littl
e “sad” and needs a pick-me-up, use the handles on each side to lift and roll the filling back into its intended shape.
Washing Your Fuf
Fabric Cover:
- Unzip and remove the cover from the chair insert.
- Brush off loose dirt.
- Launder with mild detergent on a gentle cycle.
- Allow to air dry.
Foam-Filled Chair Insert:
- Spot clean as needed.
