Assembling Your Big Joe Nestle Chair
When your new Nestle Chair arrives, you’ll receive:
A foam-filled chair insert
A fabric cover (usually found at the bottom of the box)
For best results, slip the cover onto the insert right after opening—before the foam has time to expand.
Helpful Tips
Grab a buddy: Having a friend help makes assembly much easier.
Check orientation: Make sure the insert and cover are positioned correctly before sliding the insert inside.
Align the seams: Match the seams of the insert to those of the cover for a smooth fit.
Shake and adjust: Lightly shake and adjust the insert as you go to fill in any empty spaces.
Let it expand: The foam will continue to expand into its full shape over 3–7 days.
