Assembling Your Big Joe Nestle Loveseat
When your new Nestle Loveseat arrives, you’ll receive two pieces:
A foam-filled chair insert
A fabric cover (usually tucked at the bottom of the box)
For the easiest setup, we recommend slipping the cover on the insert right after opening—before the foam has a chance to fully expand.
Helpful Tips
Team up: Having a friend assist will make the process much easier.
Check orientation: Make sure the insert and cover are positioned correctly before sliding the insert inside.
Match the seams: Align the seams of the insert with the seams of the fabric cover for the best fit.
Shake and adjust: Lightly shake and smooth the insert as you go to fill empty spaces and settle it into place.
Give it time: Once assembled, the foam will continue to expand into its full shape over 3–7 days.
