My order has not arrived.

If you feel your order is delayed, please remember:

  • You can check the shipping status of your Big Joe order here: Shipping Status
  • If your order has shipped, you can also track your order with the link sent via ship confirmation email.
  • Orders with multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in different boxes on different dates. Each box will have a separate tracking.
  • If the delivery date has passed, please reach out to our customer service team here: Customer Care Request

My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my package?

Comfort Research, a Big Joe brand, is not responsible for refunding or replacing packages that are stolen, lost or packages sent to the wrong address. Comfort Research is NOT responsible for any package(s) once a package has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the mail carrier, the customer is responsible for tracking and receiving the items.
