1. Why is the Reward Loyalty Plan being canceled?
After careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue the Reward Loyalty Plan to explore new and enhanced loyalty programs that better align with our customers' needs and expectations.
2. When will the Reward Loyalty Plan be canceled?
The Reward Loyalty Plan will be officially discontinued as of February 29th 2024. Any previously accrued rewards points from purchases will be able to be redeemed until 1 year after the points were awarded at time of purchase. Last eligible redemption is February 28th 2025.
3. How can I redeem my previous rewards?
Redemption can continue at checkout if you are logged into your Big Joe account. If there are continued concerns about rewards points redemption, please contact consumer support and we will address your rewards balance directly.
4. Will there be a replacement loyalty program?
At this time, we are evaluating new loyalty program options to provide you with an even better experience.
